Payment Options

-Cash on delivary.

-Bank Deposit: Payment of your order made by bank deposit, where the grounds please give your name and number of your order. We check online through our association with the bank that the deposit has been made and we continue to send your order. This type of payment is exclusive to Europe only customers. -Pay by credit card: The payment of your order with your credit card in a secure transaction system of Alpha Bank.

Charges & Shipping times

Delivery of orders is at most 2 working days (within Greece) with the collaborating courier (ACS),as long as all products are available, but the island destinations and inaccessible areasshipping time can be 3 working days.

Transportation costs:

-For orders from 35 € and up, and up to 3 kilos of weight shipping, transportation is free.For every extra kilos costs 1 euro.

-The charge for orders under 35 euro:

For shipments within Attiki: 2 EUR for up to 3kg weight mission.

For shipments outside Attiki: 3 euros for up to 3kg weight mission.

For every extra Kg costs 1 euro extra.

The COD service is extra 1 euro.

Shipping cost products in areas considered inaccessible calculated based on the price list of the transport company and prior consultation with the client.

Products marked 'Heavy Objects "sent upon request by the client on how and shipping costs.

Products labeled "Product Radiator" is not sent outside of Attica for your own safety and protection.

For orders over 2 kg and more bulky packages prior consultation with the green-pharm.gr because shipping costs vary.

At present it is not possible to send the products abroad. But soon we will be able to assist you.

All the above prices include VAT. Upon completion of your order is automatically sent e-mail with an analysis of your order. You do not need to do anything else. Your order has gotten her way.

You have the option to select whether the document will be issued for your order will be sales receipt or invoice. Returns

WITHDRAWAL - RETURN OF PRODUCTS

If you wish to return products purchased, you have the right to do so within three days of receipt. The return is made without penalty and without being obliged to let us know why, but you have to pay the cost of returning goods to us.

To make a return, please note the following:

The package is unopened
If the product is accompanied by a gift, it must be returned with the product
Products must be sent by courier or as a registered parcel.

The packaging of the return must be secure to prevent any damage during transport. Our company is not liable for loss or destruction of the product during return shipment.

In case of refund or order cancellation, the refund will be completed within three days of receipt of goods or the date of cancellation of the order, respectively.
